Golden Pond is much more than a typical housing development for seniors. Golden Pond's programs and services are designed specifically for individuals who live independently but may require some assistance with their daily care to maintain that independence.

Our residents needing assistance see that Golden Pond costs significantly less than many of their other options. Some of the services that are available 24 hours per day if they are desired include:
